We had a great Walk for Life this year! Once again we converged on Machado Park and about 400 people joined us. There were games and facepainting, inspirational stories were shared about the preciousness of life and of course the Walk itself! There was a great deal of community support as our walkers walked down Lakeshore & Riverside Drives. We had a great group of volunteer youth from the Lakeside High School AVID program, St. Frances of Rome Catholic Church and Cornerstone Church's school football team. The Knights of Columbus ran a fantastic BBQ lunch and A Foundation for Kids provided the food & games.Thank you to all who donated or supported us...we couldn't do what we do without you!
